- Residential Youth Care Worker is responsible for providing oversight, supervision and direction to youth placed at our residential treatment facility.
- On-Call Youth Care Worker is responsible for providing oversight, supervision and direction to youth placed at our residential treatment facility.
- The Lead Staff is supervisory position that involves the direct oversight of a Residential House / Housing Unit and those youth who reside in the home. It reports directly to House Manager.
- House Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily activities for the youth, as well as assuring that the house is in good order, meeting licensing and safety standards. Oversee Youth Care Workers and Lead Staff. Works in Partnership with House Therapist and Case Manager and reports to the Residential Coordinator.
